I have taught courses on Securities Regulation, Broker-Dealer Regulation and Professional Responsibility at Fordham Law School. The Securities Regulation course covers basic concepts of registration, what is a security, insider trading, SEC and FINRA investigations and broker-dealer arbitration. To encourage class discussion, I utilize a variety of film clips from Hollywood movies about Wall Street, including Wall Street (with Michael Douglas), Inside Job, Margin Call, Boiler Room, and Enron: The Smartest Guys in the Room.
