Design and efficiently transfer new process into manufacturing, optimize existing process, and ensure that production goals in terms of quality, yield, capacity and timelines are met with in QTPP (Quality Target Product Profile). • Draft experimental development and operational studies to expand expertise in sterile manufacturing. • Ensure that work is performed in an accurate, timely and efficient manner and in compliance with company polies, SOPs, cGMPs regulations and FDA requirements. • Contribute to resolving deviations, investigations, and continuous improvements to improve processes, quality, costs, safety and cycle time. • Interface with Operations, Validation, Quality Assurance and Formulation Development to identify and implement new components and processes into the existing manufacturing process. • Prepare and review technical documents for: Technical Report, SOPs, Master Batch Record, Change Controls, Cost Quotes, Product Verifications, Process Verifications and Protocols. • Maintain awareness of current developments in the functional discipline and execution of manufacturing processes. • Coordinate line activities with other functions such as maintenance and downstream manufacturing events.
