As a seasoned program and product management leader, I have a proven track record of driving large-scale transformations and digital innovations. Throughout my career, my focus has been empowering organizations to achieve strategic growth through agile program management and stakeholder engagement.Early in my career at Nationwide, I played a key role in establishing robust processes to measure the success of initiatives like consolidating policy systems. This set the stage for expanding my responsibilities, such as leading the deployment of a new CRM to thousands of sales agents.I continued growing into senior leadership positions, notably joining Nationwide\'s new Business Transformation Office. In this role, I oversaw some of the company\'s most ambitious programs over several years. Initiatives included developing an omni-channel experience and managing system conversions from M&A activity.More recently, I\'ve specialized in strategic planning and portfolio management. In these capacities, I\'ve helped pave the road for multi-million dollar revenues through initiatives like new segmentation models and detailed capability planning.Eager to engage in digital disruption, I joined Huntington Bank to launch their Commercial Digital organization. I successfully transitioned over 30 teams to agile while establishing a new Product Owner center of excellence.Now, I am looking to leverage my extensive experience driving large-scale change through program and product leadership.
