Centerville Clinics,Inc. Is a comprehensive community health center (FQHC) with 13 medical locations, 43 healthcare providers and 350 employees serving patients in Washington, Fayette and Greene counties in SW Pennsylvania. Services include primary and specialty medical care, dental and behavioral healthcare along with laboratory and x-ray services. Responsible for the overall direction of Centerville Clinics, Inc. within the guidelines set by the Board of Directors. • Plan, direct, and coordinate operational activities at the highest level of management with the assistance of senior executive staff managers. • Responsible for the successful growth in operations and fiscal strength. • Responsible for accurate compliance to laws, regulations, grant requirements, and business protocol. • Report monthly to the Board of Directors and update members as necessary • Strategically plan, evaluate, and implement the growth and development of Centerville Clinics Inc, appropriate to its Vision and mission statements. • Responsible for organizational adherence to the approved budget. • Provide leadership by coaching and mentoring the executive management staff and setting an ideal example of ethical behavior. • Lead employee progress toward achieving the goals established by the Board. • Develop strong networks and business partners by serving on community boards, participating in community activities, representing the Centerville Clinics, Inc. at outside functions, and promoting charitable work within the community. • Function as a liaison within associations, including PACHC and NACHC. • Stay abreast of new laws and regulations affecting the health center’s Mission. • Continuously seek new opportunities for business, grant funding, and patient care. • Adhere to all of the Organization’s policies and procedures, especially the hazardous, health, and safety procedures. Maintain the highest order of ethical behavior in the conduct of prescribed duties.
