As Head of Supply Chain, my position is fully focused on overseeing and optimizing GAC (UK) Services supply chain operations, with areas such as procurement to logistics and customer delivery to name but a few. This involves developing and executing supply chain strategies, managing teams, and ensuring efficient material flow, inventory management, and overall supply chain resilience to support all internal divisions within Agency/Logistics/MATS & Bunker.Building strong supplier relationships is key & critical within my role to support the internal operation to allow each division to give each customer an unquestioned level of service & supply.
