Main responsibilities:Manage all Casing, Tubing & accessory requirements for Well Operations & act as focal point between all OCTG suppliers & the PWS groupContract management for OCTG suppliersReview & approve OCTG orders & QCP’s Extensive OCTG knowledge to allow me to recommend alternative products to the engineers to ensure timely delivery of material with zero impacts to rig operations and assist with cost savingCo-ordinate manufacturing & sourcing of all OCTG accessories. Prepare all Casing & tubing prior to shipping offshoreInspect & release OCTG prior to shippingCoordinate the delivery of materialsEnsure imports & exports are processed in accordance with customs regulationsReport & Review SAP Inventory balancesRecord all movements in SAPAct as focal point and materials controller for all material movements within 3rd party approved vendorsCreate, Update & maintain master equipment lists to record all materials, rentals, services & personnelReview manual paper requisitions prior to input in SAPRequest material master numbers for all material purchases Receive all rope, soap & dope requests from installations, procure equipment & coordinate order through to deliveryIdentify Items for disposal and create Surplus disposal forms, ensure approvals are in place prior to disposingResolve Invoice queriesPerform invoice verification checks & approvalCarry out stock counts at 3rd Party storage facilities
