Leading a small team of permanent and contract cover Security Officers, working 8-hour shift patterns, servicing a 16-hour x 7-days a week security detail, at a multi-centre facility - Maccabi Youth and Sports Centre, Jewish Care Community Centre for the elderly and Cosgrove Care Unit for vulnerable children Reporting directly to client Senior Management within both Maccabi Centre and Jewish Care Liaising with the Rabbi at the Maccabi Centre in relation to security provision the team deliver at Services held on-site, and across 3 local Synagogues, on Fridays and Saturdays Creating and Implementing monthly rotas Conducting weekly fire alarm/panel checks and intruder alarm systems Daily inspection of Fire Door exit points Managing Emergency/Fire evacuation, liaising with local Emergency services Leading and advising on Environmental checks on all buildings Covering reception duties – the Maccabi Youth and Sports Centre has groups, clubs and individuals using the facilities day and evening Roving hourly patrols, internal and perimeter Providing duty of care to all Maccabi, Jewish Care and Cosgrove Care staff and visiting residents, and guests Providing Close Protection and Manned Guarding for private functions and visiting dignitaries
