In this role I consistently meet with Administrators and Directors of the three Medical Centers to establish their current and future strategic goals and objectives. Once these goals have been established I then focus on working with our ITS groups within Business Systems (Kronos, Epic HB, Epic Patient Access, Epic Charge Router) to implement the ITS solution needed. My current objective is focusing on implementing a full suite Epic system.Objectives that I have focused on in the past included Advance Beneficiary Notices, Patient Estimates, and Hospital Billing Payer Contracts. In addition, I also serve as the Project Manager for many efforts that require cross application support.
