Developed a 100% volunteer unit solely with social media. Current membership exceeds 30 + as Flotilla Commander I provide the primary leadership and supervision to the flotilla.I am responsible to assure that the overall flotilla program conforms to the Coast Guard and Auxiliary policies and procedures. Including recruitment and retention, member development and operational competence. Oversight and of our Diversity and Preparedness Programs. Instrumental in forming an OFFCIAL partnership with the City of North Las Vegas Emergency Management. Effected and became the first USCG Auxiliary Flotilla in the Nation to be in OFFCIAL partnership with the Viet Nam War 50th Year Commemoration Program as sponsored by the US Department of Defense.
