CEO, Founder - America’s Trains (ATs) is filling a significant travel void by offering luxurious all-inclusive Journeys by Rail on a growing number of routes throughout the USA and into Canada, in collaboration with Amtrak and other railroads. ATs rebuilds and operates luxurious rail cars providing all-inclusive Journeys with layovers at intriguing en-route places where passengers live on board while enjoying nearby attractions and activities. Using a proven hybrid, mixed use business plan, two primary Journey products include (1) individual/single vacations and (2) Train\'Shares (timeshares with no undesirable timesharing traits). The number of sales for each product depends on demand; suitable profits would occur if just one product is sold. Additional revenue comes from the sale of (3) Interval (shared) Ownership of private rail cars,(4) tours and activities during en route layovers,(5) branded gift items and attire, and (6) other services. Markets are enormous and there is no comparable competition in the USA.
