    The program consists of the design, procurement and construction of a new large-scale biotech manufacturing facility & campus to be built in Wilson, NC and will run biologic aqueous-based processes. The campus will be centered around Six (6) Bio-Reactors & Purification trains creating bulk drug substance which will then be processed and prepared for filling at other sites and facilities. The Project consist of (4) Major Areas: 1) Central Utility Plant Utility Plant (CUP), 2) Production Building, 3) Warehouse Building / Exterior Pits, 4) Lab / Administration Building.Acting in Field Subcontracts Administration responsibilities and oversight when it comes to preparing, issuing and responding to Requests for Proposals. Along with managing subcontract negotiations and administration functions. Acting as focal point for contractual matters on assigned work and supporting the Field Construction Team on contractual / commercial matters. While also recording / documenting and managing key contract information using various contract databases and systems. Leading in composing the Commercial Close-Out process for the Project.
