I’ve built and maintained nationwide employer partnerships that expand hiring pipelines and create long-term workforce opportunities. I also design and lead career readiness events and provide both individual and virtual coaching to prepare students for the transition into professional roles.I’m passionate about innovation in workforce development and use AI and emerging technologies to improve outcomes, align programs with labor market needs, and give students a competitive edge. I’ve developed and delivered workshops on AI concepts, applications, and entrepreneurship, equipping participants with future-ready skills that combine technology, business, and innovation. In addition, I coach aspiring entrepreneurs on building business models, securing resources, and launching sustainable ventures, supported by entrepreneurship curricula I’ve designed that blend real-world case studies with AI-powered strategies.
