Spectra’s core competencies include Load, Assemble and Pack of virtually all explosive and energetic materials in a safe operating environment such as medium caliber ammunition, large ordnance explosive loading, and various related energetic products for all branches of the U.S. Department of Defense and our allied FMS partners. Spectra operates as a Prime Contractor for various legacy DOD programs and performs as a high-quality, low-cost subcontractor to many of the large defense companies as their emerging energetics loading and testing partner.
