I began working for Armstrong Lab in 1992 and conducted basic and applied research on skill acquisition, learning and intelligent tutoring systems. I worked on a project call Visual Threat Recognition and Avoidance Trainer (VTRAT) designed to train AFSOC personnel to visually recognize shoulder launched SAMs and Anti-Aricraft Artillery and to execute evasive maneuvers.In 2003 I joined the Laser Bioeffects branch of AFRL and managed the Laser Eye Protection program. From 2005 to 2012 I served as the AFRL representative to the Information Operations Battlelab, the Air Force Information Operations Center, and later the 24 AF. I assisted in transitioning AFRL technologies and capabitlies in Cyber, EW, and Influence operations. In 2012 I joined the Radiofrequency Bioeffects Branch. In my current duties I conduct and manage research on the bioeffects of nonionizing radio frequency radiation.
