ABOUT BARRY GITTINS
I lead the North West operations for Kendall Kingscott - a construction consultancy - managing an interdisciplinary team to deliver construction programmes across the region. I am committed to supporting teams to develop - fostering a supportive, purpose driven culture aligned with KK\'s values and core business.Since joining in 2001, I’ve developed with the business – moving from Graduate Building Surveyor to RICS member in 2006 and then becoming a Project Director in 2022 and now with the remit of leading our work across the NW. Kendall Kingscott has a collaborative and unique 1 Team approach. This means we curate the right mix of people, skillsets, and specialisms to suit every project, as individual disciplines or fully integrated team solutions under one umbrella, our 1 Team. I’m from the North West originally and since moving back recently, I’ve been enjoying family life in Cheshire – dog walks in the beautiful countryside, spending time with my family and the next project will be renovating our home.
