I work hard, and was promoted to my first GM position at 19 years old; totally unexpected. The owner of the business had to make a change, and it was then I learned my first lesson to give 100% at all times, when you think no-one is watching they are. If you need a GM that can make things happen call me. I have always tried to do all I can in life. I spent 12 years working in Dialysis eventually Chief Nephrology Technologist for DCI and I loved it. I have always been a car and boat enthusiast and was invited to NADA to present products and programs and spent the next 14 years working with Automotive dealerships, B2B, B2C, and eventually connected directly with Manufacturers. I have worked with some of the best. At that same time I also reached out to the RV Industry and have developed so many great relationships with dealers and manufacturers. For years in the Training Industry I devoted my efforts to helping Dealerships increase traffic, profit margins in sales, and keeping teams enthusiastic and energized. I have also worked with several companies and created on-line learning systems. I have years in General Management, and as CEO, President, I know that success comes from finding the formula that works no matter the situation you are in.(Find the \"best\" and become better.) I am a dependable, and hard working Leader, and a big supporter of our Military Veterans. With my years in business there is no job too big or small.
