Aon\'s lead in respect of the run-off/legacy insurance sector. Spent the last 20 years providing run-off, deals, and restructuring support across key markets such as the UK, Continental Europe, the US, Bermuda, Australia and Hong Kong. For the past seven years, I have focused extensively on the M&A market, specialising in insurance run-off deals. I have worked buy and sell side on some of the largest deals in the legacy market and supported the development of the market for the disposal of UK EL business. I have also supported a number of insurance and reinsurance companies with the design and implementation of their post-Brexit restructuring strategy.
