I hold a Master of Strategic Studies from the USAF Air War College and a Master of Business Administration from Webster University.My core competencies include developing people, problem solving, cross-cultural communication, strategic planning, and leadership at all levels. I have successfully accomplished the mission with people in different cultures and numerous countries. I continue to contract regularly with the military to give back and help develop the future force. My leadership style is based on collaboration, trust, and empowerment.
