With over 35 years of dedication to the pharmaceutical industry, I currently serve as the Executive Vice President, General Manager, North America at Incyte, where I spearhead our efforts to innovate, develop, and deliver transformative therapies that address unmet medical needs and improve the lives of patients.With a career spanning over two decades in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, I have cultivated a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in drug development, commercialization, and the overall lifecycle management of groundbreaking therapies. I have been working in oncology since 1987, starting my career in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry at Rhone-Poulenc Rorer, which later became Sanofi-Aventis. I also held roles of increasing responsibility at Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation, Abraxis Oncology, Onyx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and Nektar Therapeutics. I was directly responsible for the success of many leading oncology products and I am an expert at leading and building sales and marketing organizations both large and small.
