Installs, troubleshoots, services, and repairs personal computers including software, hardware and peripheral devices such as printers, monitors, etc. • Provides initial IT set up and maintenance for each contractor-provided facility offering. This also includes breakdown of the IT infrastructure after the PoP. • Maintains trouble logs, including wireless, VPN, and Hotspot connections. • Performs auditing and monitoring functions as may be required by local policies. • Investigates information, network, and communications needs of users and makes recommendations regarding software and hardware purchases. • Manages the Security access-control database for the building in conjunction with the CSSO. • Coordinates all Facilities activities, work direction, and support systems. • Manages storage, shipment, and distribution of hardware/software. • Independently maintains and updates administrative policies and processes, including emergency action plans, emergency evacuation plans, emergency phone line, and shelter-in-place plans. • Provides classroom maintenance and oversight to include set up before, during and after each course. • Prepares and maintains RFP’s, bid information, and other contract documents, including lease agreements. • Prepares internal bill-backs and documents for training events supported by the facilities. • Orchestrates facilities maintenance, including initiating work requests, assigning work orders, and providing access to the facilities of maintenance staff.
