Fraud Strategy & Operations• Develop fraud risk strategy for Commercial Cards, ensuring controls and monitoring• Oversee fraud operations performance, ensuring timely investigation, customer communication, and loss mitigation6. Risk, Compliance & Governance• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, scheme rules, operational risk policies, and governance• Ensure customer outcomes are central to decision making and design.7. Performance & Financial Management• Track product P&L, revenue, cost drivers, and key financial performance indicators• Develop pricing strategies, value added services, and performance plans• Regular business performance reporting and insights to senior leadership
