I\'m a senior-level US studio executive with over 25 years of media and entertainment industry knowledge and experience, with a vast network of international contacts. I\'m a collaborative and entrepreneurial leader, driving growth and success in sales, strategy, marketing and distribution of feature film, TV, and OTT content and have partnered with major broadcast, cable, digital and SVOD clients throughout the world and generating billions in revenue with exceptional operational leadership. Some accomplishments include:• Client & Sales Management – Led negotiations on many significant licensing and strategic partnerships, including global/regional SVOD platforms, market-leading broadcasters and subscription platforms around the world. Devised improved sales processes and efficiencies, including content pricing, contract terms, windowing strategies, budgeting and reporting, while managing approval responsibility for more than unique deals/transactions annually across 225 territories.• Revenue Growth - Orchestrated the explosive revenue growth of the division from $500M to $2B, providing quality leadership and guidance across 21 international offices to maximize the value of 80 different scripted and unscripted productions/formats, a major studio feature film slate and library of beloved content, all from CBS, Paramount, Showtime and CBS News, CBS Late Night & Syndicated Daytime. • Board Member & Advisory – Represented the Company on several international joint ventures providing strategic counseling and oversight to maximize enterprise value and returns to partners. These included Premium Movie Partnership (Australia), TV1 (Australia), Eleven (Australia), CBS/AMC (UK & EMEA), BigCBS (India), RTLCBS (Pan Asia), Telecine (Brazil).
