Engaged by Cozen O\'Connor as an Expert Witness for the Prosecution in a civil litigation case between the Canadian division of an international oil & gas Operator and an international oil & gas Service Company regarding an on-site job failure during fracture stimulation operations that resulted in a well control incident (blowout) and the subsequent total loss of the wellbore. Reviewed evidence in the case and provided numerous reports to Cozen O\'Connor as to my opinion on the cause of the failure and what could have prevented it from occurring. This case is currently ongoing and I am available to Cozen O\'Connor as/when needed.
