Responsible for commissioning activities within the Project team for Brownfield Projects relating to Aker Partnering Support contracts, for clients such as Nexen & Talisman. The tasks include the following:o Review Basis of Design documents and input to a suite of Cost Time Resources [CTR] to suit WBS.o Prepare System Limits [LoSH] and agree certification requirements. o Review design and engineering deliverables.o Preparing take-off of required Inspection Test Summary [ITS] for input into the completions system [GOC]o Provide input to and populate Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning work packs within the overall scope work pack. o Produce Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning procedures and attend Task Risk Assessments [TRA] o Review certification requirements and sign up ITS and attend onshore TRA and round table work pack review (as appropriate).o Review and mark up vendor documents [FAT & SAT], attend FAT [where applicable] o Populate function check sheets referring to vendor SAT [where applicable][GOC]o Review and agree on leak test parameters. o Liaise and co-ordinate with vendor prior to and during offshore execution.

I have some 35+ years industrial experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power and Transport industries [mainly Oil & Gas] my experienced has been gained from UK and overseas locations at offshore and onshore plants. My management, interpersonal and organizational skills are excellent and I have the ability to propagate a team culture either as a leader or an active member of the Team. I am focused upon maintaining, and promoting, a consistent approach within teams, for problem resolution and achieving the set objectives. Safety conscious at all times, visible leader of safety and incident free operations for work groups and Contractors and undertake to produce cost effective Engineering Design, Procurement, Quality standards, Construction and Operational excellence. Communicative and presentational skills for maintaining communication links with all Project Partners and Stakeholders, Senior Management, Supervision, Direct Labor, Contractors and Sub Contractors. I am totally conversant with most proprietary PC applications including MS Projects and Primavera. In addition I am conversant with specialist Control System applications and programming
