HIGHLIGHTSConstruction Program Manager/Senior Project Manager• Strategic hire for a $30MM project to manage the reinstallation of four (4) pipelines and removal of thirty-eight (38) pipelines crossing the Corpus Christ Ship Channel in support of USACE dredging to widen and deepen the channel.• Key project elements included management of nine (9) clients with unique contracts, poorly documented as-built site conditions, performance of site investigations in areas occupied with assets of multiple Port of Corpus Christi Port Authority users, significant changes in site conditions, dispute resolution, and both landside and marine work environments.
