Tariff Recovery Team helps U.S. importers recover IEEPA tariff refunds following the Supreme Court\'s landmark February 2026 ruling that struck down all tariffs imposed under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act. An estimated $166 billion in duties were collected from over importers between February 2025 and February 2026. That money is owed back, but refunds are not automatic.
