About Barry Anderson

I am an accounting and finance professional but have always had a special spot in my heart for technology. Luckily for me, like chocolate and peanut butter, the two work better together. Thus, my passion: using technology to make people (especially accountants) better, faster, and more accurate in their work. However, the desire to automate everything has to be tempered by reality and guided by experience. Different circumstances and budgets require different solutions, so a wide range of knowledge and experience is essential. My range of experience includes helping startups with fewer than 10 employees and less than two months\' worth of cash up to Fortune 500 companies with tens of thousands of employees. I am helping build a company of like-minded people-people who are able to competently address any accounting- or finance-related need but whose passion is identifying ways to improve those processes. I\'m confident you will find us to be more than just someone to fill a role or complete a task. We can make teams, processes, and systems more efficient and more effective. Our mission at CX is to find, train and equip the best financial operators in the world and connect our people talent, tools, and experience to client accounting and finance teams.At CX, we work directly with each Company\'s accounting team to help them solve their most pressing issues. From month-end close to financial reporting, we work hand in hand with each company to ensure they are able to: close their books on time, meet internal/external deadlines, and sleep easier knowing they have a team of CX professionals able to help when needed.At the same time, we are providing our team members with amazing and varied experiences at companies large and small. We help our team members get the necessary training and experience to have fulfilling careers. We also provide our team members a deep bench of knowledge to tap into as they help solve accounting issues.
