I have also successfully led large global teams to deliver finance and accounting services after the large transformation project ends. Yes, I don\'t leave after the project resources go away. Where I have been most successful is where both technology AND business processes are heavily interrelated. I love learning new technologies and then applying them to complex business problems to solve. My career has provided several opportunities to do just that. Finally, I have led several teams through large transformations.
