ABOUT BARRY A.

I’m currently Head of Sales at Trycare Ltd, with a career in the dental industry dating back to 1997.I began by managing Royal Navy Dental Practices, later moving into regional management roles, and then spent two years at Royal Navy HQ, where I was responsible for the management of the Dental Ratings cadre, prior to retiring from the Royal Navy in 2013. Since 2015, I’ve worked in dental sales, developing a real passion for the internal systems and processes that help inform and support field dental teams.I’m delighted to have joined the hugely successful family business that is Trycare. What’s immediately evident is that the customer is central to everything we do. I really enjoy working closely with the current sales management team, sharing ideas, improving ways of working, and supporting continued success.I enjoy connecting strategy with day-to-day delivery, supporting people with the right tools and insight, and building long-term, trusted relationships.
