About Barron Effenberger
Over 15 years of experience in the industrial automation industry working with Emerson and the impact partner network. I have worked my way up from a Fisher control valve technician, to my current position as a Business Development Manager with Caltrol. Proven ability to grow business within the process industry by understanding the customer’s unique business issues and creating solutions utilizing Caltrols products and services. In addition, I have been acting as the Strategic Site Team Leader for Emerson\'s local key accounts and working to provide integrated solutions with all of the separate Emerson business units. Prior to my start with Emerson, I served in the United States Marine Corps where I obtained the rank of E-5 and held various leadership and quality control roles throughout my enlistment. I hold an MBA in finance from California State University Long Beach and am pursuing a Sustainability Certificate at the University of California Los Angeles.
