I feel so grateful to have graduated from the hour Life of A Yogi advanced teacher training with my Guru and mentor Sri Dharma Mittra. This training has prepared me to infuse compassion and caring in to all that I do. Seeing each person as I would myself and realizing that we are more alike than dissimilar. Through the strength and determination needed to complete this challenging program in NYC I feel prepared to handle many challenges that life could bring me.
