In this time reduced the company annual accident figures which appeared to run at twelve per year down to zero for a ten month period. at time of writing (2016) there is one reported incident in nine months. But am aware of other minor cuts simply because the plasters are disappearing, despite my repeated requests for logging all injuries.2016 - Have been asked by senior management to take over the Quality systems manual and I\'ll merge this with the existing Environmental manual which I\'m already looking after. Next year we start the transition process.
