The primary responsibility is to act as a dedicated HR consultant for client companies, managing day-to-day HR functions like employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, recruitment, performance management, and policy interpretation, while ensuring adherence to company and legal guidelines, all within the framework of the PEO co-employment model. Key Responsibilities:• Client Relationship Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with client company leadership, understanding their specific business needs and providing strategic HR advice. • HR Consulting:Advise clients on employee relations issues, performance management, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and workforce planning. • Compliance Management:Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local employment laws, including managing compliance with policies related to FMLA, ADA, and other regulations. • Benefits Administration:Guide clients through the selection and administration of employee benefits packages, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits. • Recruitment Support:Assist clients in identifying recruitment needs, developing job descriptions, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees. • Performance Management:Facilitate the implementation and monitoring of performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans. • Employee Relations:Investigate and resolve employee concerns, address disciplinary issues, and promote a positive work environment. • Data Analysis and Reporting:Utilize HR data to identify trends and provide insights to inform decision-making
