I have over twenty years of accounting and financial management experience and during my career led and/or consulted on hundreds of purchase, sale and debt transactions inclusive of private equity, institutional, and venture capital. Specifically my experience focusses on buy- and sell-side financial due diligence (including quality of earnings analyses; cash flow drivers; investigating revenue stream and profitability drivers; examining operating cost structure and sustainability factors; reviewing quality and realization of assets and liabilities; identifying working capital requirements and negotiating positions; post-close working capital verification and adjustment mechanisms). I have also performed significant work in debt and equity financing consulting; post-acquisition accounting and integration and financial and operational consulting. My unique blend of both day to day executive management experience combined with my experience across hundreds of deals in the mergers and acquisitions advisory space allows me to offer a unique perspective and knowledge base for the benefit of my clients.
