I’ve always been drawn to complex challenges, whether debugging code or experimenting in the garden. That curiosity set me on an early path in STEM, culminating in a degree in Meteorology with minors in Mathematics, Physics, and Computer Science. I recently completed a Master’s in AI/ML, further equipping me to design scalable, thoughtful solutions to high-impact problems.For more than 15 years, I’ve worked with startups and small teams where innovation moves fast and thoughtful execution matters. I specialize in scaling distributed teams, aligning product development with user needs, and integrating technical depth with human-centered design. Along the way, I’ve built a reputation for collaborative leadership, systems thinking, and a steady hand in navigating uncertainty.Now, I’m focused on climate action — particularly reducing enteric methane, one of the most potent greenhouse gases, with immense potential leverage to impact climate change positively.
