I work with people who want to get unstuck and live a more intentional life. Increasing their capacity for leadership impact, building trust & navigating challenging conversations. With a passion for adventure, the wild places and sustainability, I specialise in coaching conversations, transformative learning experiences and simulations that enable people to access their authentic selves and gain genuine insights into how the of their impacts the of their. Building the bridge between the business need for results and the human need for connection I explore peoples individual awareness as well as their connections with the people, systems & organisations that surround them. For me the image of the stone bridge above captures the essence of my approach to these solutions. A colleague and I built this structure after many failed attempts. This showcases that we can balance complexity and achieve success if we approach situations with patience, curiosity and a willingness to accept failure as simply a learning step towards success. and co-creating together we can achieve great things, build trusting relationships and find contentment in our everyday actions.With extensive experience in face to face and virtual environments, I am always looking to collaboratively help others their learning journeys and ensure that impactful development is drawn from each and every possible momentI absolutely do practice what I preach.
