About Barrett Kibble
I have 30 years of life experience. After graduating from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, I moved through the ranks in the supplemental insurance world starting as an intern processing paper applications to finishing as an Onboarding Consultant for Unum’s National Accounts team. After an 8 year career, I decided to leave the corporate world to go after an underlying passion for commercial real estate. Wanting to learn the business with an end goal of owning commercial property, I joined the SVN Second Story Real Estate Management team as a brokerage advisor in 2021. After great success in starting my real estate career, I took my talents to CBRE to rebuild a team here in Chattanooga.I specialize in Office, Industrial and Retail properties providing services in Acquisition, Disposition, Leasing, Landlord Representation, Tenant Representation, and Valuation. I help people solve problems through real estate. I love learning how I can be a resource for my clients to help guide them through the problem no matter how complex it can be.
