Improving healthcare customer satisfaction and patient care through program and project delivery, team leadership, and management of medium to large-sized, complex programs and projects. Providing administration and operational support of the Information Systems Division’s (ISD) Project Management Information System (PMIS). Supporting employee professional development by creating training materials, then facilitating project management process training, and PMIS tools training for non-clinical and clinical staff.* Improved operational costs by upgrading and migrating data from MS Project and SharePoint 2013 on-premise to MS Project and SharePoint Online instances, including designing, development, implementing and supporting Power Apps forms, Power Automate Flows, and Power BI workspaces and reports.* Improved ISD executive decision making and ISD projects and portfolio reviews by designing, developing, deploying, and providing operational support for custom Tableau and Power BI reports.* Improving company culture by leading a team, and collaborating with the Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion office and other system leaders to develop and implement an Employee Resource Group (ERG) program, then launched 5 new ERG\'s.* Developed and managed an Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) Quality Improvement (QI) project to implement a family-focused perinatal parent education program for expecting fathers and mothers to reduce Severe Maternal Morbidity and Neonatal Mobidity rates and improve patient and family experiences.* Collaborated with clinical and ISD leaders, as well as technical application project teams throughout an entire SDLC to successfully manage a program that launched four (4) new Convenient Care Centers on time to improve patient access/engagement to 24-hour emergency care, imaging and diagnostics, lab, breast care, and Physical Therapy services in the Houston metropolitan area.
