   Handled difficult client escalations to investigate inconsistencies leading to issues in the Relias Platform.• Utilize tools like SQL, Python, Azure and Microsoft SQL Server to query databases across multiple servers to discover data issues and provide resolutions for client issues.• When necessary, write data fixes in SQL to correct inconsistencies.• Gather data for internal reporting.• Point of Contact for clients experiencing complex issues with their SAML/SSO integrations to the Relias Platform including, but not limited to o Querying databases to dive into the authentication logs. o Utilize Azure App Insights to locate details regarding SSO/SAML authentication errors. o Communicating with clients using Teams or Webex so they can share their screen and troubleshoot issues and errors in real time. o Troubleshoot issues across several identity providers like Okta, EntraID, Active Directory and OneLogin. o Analyzing client provided metadata files to locate inconsistencies and confirm validity of certificates used in their configuration.• Create and/or edit documentation for various daily tasks and processes.• Communicate issues to clients and other stakeholders without technical jargon making it easier to understand.
