Baron Gauna brings over two decades of deep experience and dedication to his role as President of Long Realty Company. Since joining the company in 2002, Baron has served in nearly every facet of the organization—from salesperson and dynamic trainer to assistant sales manager, branch manager, and Director of Education. Over the years, he has successfully led three of Long Realty’s largest branches, shaping a strong foundation of leadership rooted in hands-on support and mentorship.Baron\'s leadership philosophy is unapologetically agent-centric.
