Solidev est le nouveau nom du groupe spécialisé dans la​ construction institutionnelle et commerciale​ déterminé à ériger des constructions de qualité supérieure. We pride ourselves in offering quality workmanship, respecting budget within time frame to achieve our client\'s satisfaction. As a partner in Constructions Busch since 2011, I am responsible for business development and operations, using my 18 years experience in finance, operations and sales management. From 2008 to 2011, I manage the Canadian distribution of Lampe Berger products with responsibility for head office finances and operations. At Mercedes-Benz, a dealership in the Montreal region, I started as Financial Controller and became General Manager. Over a period of 7 years, I successfully manage the growth of revenues and sold units as well. For Meubles Busch, I collaborated to establish cost accounting process for the manufacturing plant. Specialties: Bilingual professional with an accounting CMA degree, with leadership, negotiation, organization and networking skills, I am an excellent communicator, hands-on doer, focused on global results and strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
