I’m a safeguarding, youth development and advocacy specialist with extensive experience leading programmes across the charity, education and international development sectors. I’ve worked with national and global organisations to create safe, inclusive and empowering environments for children and young people.My work spans consultancy, training, advocacy and programme design - from safeguarding audits and policy reviews to designing global learning programmes, curriculum materials and youth voice initiatives. I’m passionate about turning policy into practice and building confident, values-led teams that deliver genuine impact.With a background and education in youth work and international development (BA, MA), I bring both strategic insight and frontline experience. Whether supporting organisations through complex safeguarding reviews, facilitating rights-based advocacy projects such as the Street Child World Cup Congress, or helping young people connect with global issues through experiential learning, my focus is always on safety, participation and purpose.
