Full-Stack Software Engineer | PTK Platform & Community ProgramsDesigned, built, and maintained the Pathway To Kinship (PTK) Azure-based platform, a React frontend.NET/ADO backend, and Node.js backend for automation, web scraping, and AI integration. I architected and optimized a 135K+ line codebase, delivering secure, scalable services while maintaining rigorous self-review, automated testing, and best practices.PTK supports in-prison programs (Critical Insight, Reentry Coach, Financial Literacy, and Workshops that include: Criminal Impulsivity, Board Prep, Victim Impact, Gun Violence Prevention).PTK also provides community-based programs at the Avalon-Carver Community Center, Youth Empowerment Support (YES), and the Adult Renewal Pathways (ARP) programs. I designed and maintain the systems that track participation, progress, certificates, and reporting, enabling real-time insights, administrative efficiency, and secure (HIPAA, CMIA, CCPA, and CPRA) record-keeping for staff and program participants.As a Full-Stack Engineer, I apply architectural skills and full-stack expertise to build and maintain secure cloud systems, database-driven workflows, automation pipelines, and AI-enhanced tools that support PTK facilitators in delivering both in-prison programs within CDCR facilities and community programs at the Avalon-Carver Community Center (YES and ARP). These systems streamline operations, optimize data flow, and provide real-time insights, enabling facilitators to track participation, measure outcomes, and help currently and formerly incarcerated individuals, as well as the youth in our community center, achieve meaningful, life-changing growth.
