We implement custom coded solutions, help deploy business systems, and administer the GIS for Volusia County. We work with municipalities, constitutional offices, and local departments to provide spatial solutions and business process enhancements to automate work flows and generate return through efficiency. These cost savings compound annually into significant return for departments and tax payers.

My GIS experience ranges from back-end SQL stored procedures to front-end Web GIS using secured services. I\'ve deployed, automated, and integrated numerous business applications into a cohesive locational awareness platform. I currently have an amazing position with Volusia County where I oversee two highly technical teams responsible for the Enterprise\'s GIS and Enterprise Permitting (LIS). In 2021 our team was tasked to lead Volusia County\'s redistricting efforts. We generated over 20 maps in 30 days to provide leadership with a variety of options that still kept our population distribution to within +/- 1%! In 2022 we kept it going with re-apportionment. In 2023 we’d begin to re-align the Enterprise to Web GIS. In 2024 we’d upgrade infrastructure and gain department GIS users. In 2025…We aim to provide day to day support for public safety, public works, growth management, planning, and many other departments across County and municipal governments. We provide automation, business process improvements, and location integration solutions that translate to real world returns for local government. We remove data silos and make quality data highly available to stakeholders. We streamline data collection. We make government operations transparent.
