Welcome to English Center Manor located in Little Pine Valley! This beautiful 100+ year old home sleeps up to 12 and is fully furnished, including 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry. It is the perfect place for families or small groups looking for a quiet, relaxing place to unwind and get away from it all. Fishing, hunting, kayaking, hiking, biking, and more are all available within minutes! English Center is a small, quiet village and is not well-suited for parties or loud music.The spaceThe property is located in the village of English Center, along Little Pine Creek. This 120 yr old stone house sits along approx. 300 yards of creek frontage and includes 3+ acres. The home itself is a work-in-progress. Much of it has already been refinished but we will continue to improve things as time goes on. It includes a massive yard and lots of area to play games and activities. Plus, there is an area to enjoy evenings around the large fire pit. With this house being located along the creek, you will have instant access to fishing, floating, kayaking, swimming, and relaxing. Because the home is located near other properties in this quiet village, we do prohibit parties and loud music at the property. Additionally, we ask all guest to respect quiet hours after 11pm. Thank you for understanding.Guest accessThis property can accommodate up to 10 adults. For families with children, it can accommodate up to 12 people total.Amenities REFUND for guest who bring their own linens (bedding and is LIMITED to 2 bags/day (2-night stay = 4 bags total).
