As Director of HR & Administration at ZYNP, I am one of three members of the top executive management team. I oversee Human Resources, IT, legal, compliance, corporate governance, facilities, administration, and all employee and labor relations. This role extends beyond traditional HR, encompassing full operational leadership, cultural transformation, and infrastructure development across the organization. When I joined, employees were transitioning back to the office, revealing organizational challenges. In my first year, over 65% of the workforce turned over, and I rebuilt nearly every department. Since then, we’ve maintained a 97% retention rate, driven by deliberate changes in policies, structured procedures, and comprehensive training programs I developed to build consistency, accountability, and trust. I am a hands-on, transformational leader and change agent who thrives in complex environments, blending visionary, big-picture thinking with practical execution. I build trust and stability by mentoring managers, fostering collaboration, and developing high-performance teams rooted in continuous improvement and purpose. I restructured policies, procedures, departmental structure, communication, and recognition programs to create clarity and stability. I led a strategic realignment of the organization’s leadership by positioning the COO to oversee sales, appointing a new Head of Accounting, Warehouse Manager, and Engineering Manager. Through policies, training, and redesigned frameworks, I strengthened leadership effectiveness and enhanced team accountability. These initiatives have driven sustained, record-breaking profit margins across every quarter since. The company culture has been fully transformed. I hired long-term contract employees, built stable departments, and trained exceptional leaders. This modernization increased productivity by over 50% and improved cyber resilience by more than 90%, enabling secure, collaborative, and efficient operations.
