Description:CITI bank’s new product Global Rewards will launch. Global regards will calculate the benefits and/or points based on customer number. Previously there were separate calculations for bank’s debit card and credit cards. Finally these files are sent to Epsilon, a 3rd party. Business decides zones and upon which the work is carried into. Initially these development and enhancements were done for Columbia. Now enhancements are going for Middle America countries. Roles and responsibilities:• Worked on the Technical description by Functional requirements provided by the client SME• Development of new programs and enhancements of common programs.• Testing of these modules as a component• Managing a team of 10 by helping them technically and functionally.• Attending calls where strategic decisions are made regarding the project• Delegating works to juniors by keeping the toughest part to myself.
