BW is committed to representing the society we live in through the people it employs, operating in a sustainable manner and innovating in terms of the materials, approaches, and technology it uses within projects.Our aim is to complete our fit out and refurbishment projects Defect Free. It’s a bold challenge and one we are fully committed to achieving. Barnaby is an experienced sales & construction professional, working in the design & build sector with a focus on landlord & tenant commercial office projects. Before moving into design & build in 2015, Barnaby qualified as a RICS accredited quantity surveyor, whilst working for Arcadis. Barnaby\'s strengths include relationship building, account management, sales, new business generation, networking, resourcing & managing project teams & developing strategies to win projects in a competitive marketplace. Barnaby has a strong understanding of the London design & build sector, with in depth knowledge of buildings, consultants & third parties, competitors & market supply & demand in the various London sub-markets.
