OutlineAs Project Manager I am responsible for delivery of a new product into the Smart Metering space and of several change projects including updates to the AltHAN FinOps system and updates to Technical and Operational processes.Key Responsibilities• I am responsible for the delivery of new product and change projects on time within budget and scope.• I plan, monitor, and report the progress of the project, collaborating closely with the corresponding team members/leaders and Product Owners.• I assist in developing the project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.• I create detailed project and test plans; monitor progress and performance against it; prepare and present technical & project status data to internal and external stakeholders, including Technical, Operational and Senior Leadership Teams• I coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the execution of the projects, ensure best utilisation of resources to fulfil the needs of multiple programs using dependencies between them to ensure completion of projects as efficiently and effectively as possible.• I facilitate technical discussions; organise technical and business milestone & deliverable reviews. • I perform effective risk management to minimise project risks and assure timely resolution of issues.• I create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensures project governance is adhered to.• I organise discussions between Tech Development and other functions to ensure visibility and transparency of programs under my ownership.• I lead the handover of projects from Tech Development to Operations for BAU• I organise and document lesson learned reviews and facilitate any relevant project / procedural improvements.
