Leading D365 Development activities at Hollis for D365 Customer Engagement, Project Service Automation and Marketing. Along with involvement in D365 Portal and Finance and Operations- Developing new areas of the system such as the Hollis Invoice Request application including entities, relationships, forms, views, business process flows and a large variety of fields and scripts - Developed Hollis \'Automatic Project Creation\' which allows the creation of Projects with Tasks, Teams, and all key data from a single ribbon button click - Integrated and customised the replacement of ClickDimensions with the D365 Marketing Module and advised on best practice - Technical design and architecture documentation for Projects such as the Property Search Database from entity design to system dependencies and everything in-between- Advising on the technical direction and possibilities for further Marketing, Procurement and Expense enhancements - Continual improvement and development of D365 using advanced development techniques and modern ways of working - Working with the wider team to prepare to upgrade Project Service Automation to Project Operations - Improvements to DevOps, contributing to agile team methodologies and the development process in general in regards to best practice policies and standards - Working closely with the Testing Co-ordinator to ensure full unit test coverage - Working with 3rd party suppliers and Microsoft on future and existing activities - Supporting the wider team, helping mentor more Junior members of staff and completing BAU tasks
